In organizational development we help to reflect internal processes and thus discover new potentials. The analysis of the energetic matrix helps to gain clarity and reorientation. Inhibiting points of conflict are cleared up. Jointly developed strategies enable the implementation of new projects and visions. An authentic organizational culture and the creation of a fruitful communication climate are key to achieving the defined goals. This is supervision for organizations.

Organizational consulting in healthcare

From the patient's perspective, there is a tremendous need to improve the cold hospital climate and mechanically oriented organizational structures in healthcare facilities.

My several years of experience accompanying and caring for a family member undergoing oncology treatment, and my conversations with countless patients and their families in search of healing and relief from suffering, enable me to provide a "patient view" that is often invisible in the organization of healthcare facilities.

With my consulting, I support the development of a new culture of communication and the implementation of new ways of conflict resolution. Ethics consulting from a holistic perspective creates a more harmonious work environment and a better quality of life for patients and their families. This has the effect of reducing stress and positively impacting the health of all involved. I accompany processes of implementing integrative medicine projects that incorporate traditional, alternative and complementary therapies into the prevailing medical system.

In my consulting for institutions, I promote dialogue to improve the working climate, communication between health professionals, patients and their families. I work with methods from medical and care ethics to improve outcomes at the institutional level and for patients.

ESTABLISHMENT OF CLINICAL ETHICS COMMITTEES

Clinical ethics committees and clinical ethics consultation, models that have been tested in healthcare facilities in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Slovenia, prevent conflicts and help find satisfactory solutions in acute cases of conflict. A structured process and recognition of the different values of those involved help to improve patient care and the working atmosphere. Ethics counseling opens a space for reflection on different values and for communicating medical and nursing ethics issues. It contributes to improving the work climate, patient care and organizational outcomes. I facilitate the implementation, development, and evaluation of the effectiveness of clinical ethics committees.

With openness to a holistic view of human and integrative medicine, patients can be empowered to take responsibility for their health and healing. It also promotes a more cordial organizational climate, which is still based on the Cartesian-mechanical view of human, which is no longer scientifically the most current.
